Master T-Bones and the Drones will be releasing their first album soon. Check back often for more info.
Updates:
October - Master T-Bones starts putting ideas on paper, then subsequently loses all the papers. Then he buys a notebook and starts putting ideas on paper again. After the initial brainstorming within his own mind, he decides to bring in some of the other guest musicians to start collaborating.
February - Plucky is finally released from jail, which allows the group to finally proceed with getting in the studio
March - The first tracks have been laid down. "Josh's Jam" and "Drone Down" have the initial structure in place and the producer seems pleased. The post-edit team will be taking charge within the next week.
April - Our first setback...J-Dog's mom kicked us out of the basement. We are currently looking for a new studio. If you know of one, contact us.
May - Back on track!! We secured a wonderful establishment where we can not only create, record, produce, and mix, but we can also eat for almost free! (Bamzilla's sister works at The Grill and we have taken over the corner booth. She get's us free fries and water.)
July - Plucky was released from the hospital yesterday with 2nd degree burns on his bum after a nasty fireworks incident. We are not talking about why he has burns on his bum. Needless to say...a slight set back in finishing the album. Almost there, though!!
September - We just can't catch a break! Just as we were getting ready to get back in the studio, Master T's slide fell off in a particularly solid jamming session and suffered a few dents. The money he was saving up to pay off the album is now going to have to go into instrument repair. Keep checking back, though!
